• US passport or Green Card (If, US Citizen or Resident)
• Valid driver's licence with current address or a Current utility bill indicating address of residence
• W-9 IRS Tax Form, if you are a US Citizen or Resident
• A recent salary slip/documentary record, (income exceeding EC$2,500 or equivalent of US$1,000 per month)
