The NCCU has  announced its support of  lovely Miss Nikisha Philbert of Laudat. Nikisha is a contestant in the Ms. Dominica Pageant 2013.

The announcement was made yesterday, January 17, 2013,  at a ceremony held at the office of the Dominica Festivals Commission. Nikisha was sashed as Miss NCCU, Miss Discover Dominica Authority (DDA) and Miss 4D Ltd.

NCCU wishes Nikisha success on the night of February 8.
