NCCU to Expand NCCU is poised to move from the "Big 5" to the "Big 7" with the passing of a resolution by the 5th AGM to accept the assets and liabilities of the South Eastersn and Castle Bruce Co-operative Credit Unions. Members earn 7% on Shares At the 5th AGM the motion was passed to pay members 7% dividends on their shares. Board and Committees Choose Leaders Mr Dexter is the new President of the Board of Directors of the NCCU Ltd and Mr Alganan Degallerie will support him as the Vice President Dr Damien Dublin was elected as the Chairperson of the Credit Committee while Mr Clement Marcellin Jr. remained Chairperson of the Supervisiory Committee.
