ATM TIPS

  • Do not store your ATM card and pin number together.
  • Be aware of your surroundings throughout your entire ATM transaction.
  • Ensure that you remove your ATM card after your transaction is completed.
  • Memorize your ATM pin, never write in on the back of your card.

CUCall TIPS

  • Have your account codes ready before dailing CUCall. Makes it easier to complete transactions.
  • Use CUCall to balance your chequing account.
  • Perform quick transfers between Savings, Chequing and Loans.

SIGN UP TODAY TO ACTIVATE CUCALL!

Simply come in to our Member Services Section with a photo identification and request the service. Pay a small set-up fee of $5.

CUCall is available to all members. It is secure and easy to use. All you need is a CUCall access code, a phone and your account number.

Opening Business Hours 23rd and 24th 2016 for NCCU Branches 

Wednesday, 23rd March 2016 - The St David's & St Paul Branches will remain open to the Membership up to 5:00pm.

Thursday, 24th March 2016 - The Castle Bruce, La Salette, Roseau and Vieille Case Branches will remain open to the Membership up to 5:00pm.
