Resolution 1:  Resolution to Amalgamate (come together) as one Society with the La Salette, Vieille Case, St. Paul &  St. David Credit Unions    
 Resolution 2:  Resolution of Transfer of Assets & Liabilities to the new Credit Union— National Co-operative Credit Union Ltd.  
 

Please attend  the meeting  to vote on the proposed amalgamation of

5 Credit Unions—RCCU, St. Paul, Vieille Case, La Salette and St. David
