RECOVERY-Hurricane Maria Relief Measures
Your Board of Directors is pleased to announce the following relief measures for members affected by Hurricane Maria.
- 4-month deferment of payment on ALL loans for members who require a grace period (Conditions apply)
- 4 month waiver of interest on all loans
- Waiver of fees for the Skip A Loan Payment Service.
Requests for loan deferment are to be made by November 30, 2017.

Apply To Defer Loan Payments
Members can apply to defer loan payments at the
- Roseau, La Salette, St. Paul, Castle Bruce or Vieille Case Branches, and the Delices Sub office, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 2 pm.
- Portsmouth Branch of the Central Cooperative Credit Union Ltd, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 am to 1:00 pm.

You Must File An Insurance Claim
Members whose homes were damaged during the passage of Hurricane Maria need to file an insurance claim to receive compensation.
If you have not yet done so, visit the insurance company's office immediately to file a claim and arrange for the damage to be assessed.
If necessary call 255-2128, or visit our Roseau Branch, for the name of your insurance company.
Pictures taken immediately after the Hurricane can be shared with the assesor as well as house plans, if available.
The insurance company will liaise with NCCU on your claim. Keep in touch with the assessor re the assessment report.

SERVICE: Post Maria
At this time,members can perform cash transactions, and access member services and Cash-Secured loans at the Roseau Branch only.
We are working diligently to restore full service at the Roseau Branch and our other six Branches.
Stay tuned to the media, our website and Facebook page for updates.

OPENING HOURS: Post Maria
The Roseau Branch is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 2 pm for the services listed at left.
Our other six Branches are open on the same days and times but only for accepting loan deferment requests as detailed above.
ATMS at the Roseau Branch are functioning 24 hours a day. Withdraw, deposit, get account balances, TOP UP.
