Cadence Show Winners Receive Prizes

Winners of the 2015 Cadence Show were awarded on Friday, November 6, 2015, at a ceremony held in  the Board Room of the National Cooperative Credit Union Ltd.

Anton "White Fayrie" Joseph, winner of the individual segment, received cash of EC $10,000 and EC $5000  in prizes.  Second and third place winners, Cletus "Halibut" Joseph and Bernard "General Natty" Jude received cash prizes of EC $5000 and EC $3000 respectively.  All the other 12 finalists will receive EC $1500 each.

The award to Ti Orchestre,  Cadence Band Champ winner,  is EC $8000. First Serenade received EC $5000 for placing second  and Extasy EC $3000 for 3rd place.

In remarks during the ceremony,  Event Coordinator & NCCU President Dexter Ducreay, indicated that the show was having a positive impact on the economy.  He urged participants to engage the organising committee  and the partners for improving the show.
